This full-time position requires regular evening and weekend availability for various services and events.

Qualifications

• At least five years of Christian ministry experience with evidence of leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to equip, empower, and manage others effectively.
• Experience in a multi-staff church environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and replicate the church’s culture at the campus level.
• Provide pastoral care including hospital visits and spiritual guidance.
• Serve as the pastoral presence at weekly worship services.
