Job summary

The Summit Church Capital Hills Campus in Raleigh, NC seeks an Associate Campus Director of Evangelism and Sending to lead evangelism, baptism, and sending strategies locally and internationally. You will develop pathways for guests and newcomers to explore faith and become disciple-makers who partner with ministry leaders to engage in God’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead Alpha as a primary on-ramp for guests and the spiritually curious.
• Create a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and the gospel is presented clearly.
• Recruit, train, and support Alpha leaders and hosts for healthy discussions.
• Provide evangelism training for leaders to ensure clarity in the gospel.
• Ensure Alpha connects to baptism, small groups, membership, and sending.
• Work with Campus Leadership to increase evangelism urgency on campus.
• Recruit and train team leaders for short-term trips and mission sending.
• Support and advocate for missionaries from the campus network.
• Oversee baptism processes from initial conversations through execution and follow-up.
• Plan logistics and recruit leaders for All-Call Baptisms.
• Collaborate on mobilization events and partnerships with Local Outreach and Campus Staff.
• Oversee benevolence distribution in coordination with staff and deacons.
