Zappos is seeking an Associate Buyer to join the Merchandising team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brands through the ordering of new products while analyzing and managing stock levels. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who will partner with vendors and internal partners to deliver the customer experience Zappos is known for.
You will make a positive impact on customer experience through continuous monitoring of Zappos.com and competitor sites through the lens of the customer. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using the tools and reports to develop a deeper understanding of customer behavior. Being an excellent communicator is a must as you will need to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with vendors based on openness and trust.

- 3 + years in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3 + years of Excel experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
