Uline seeks an Associate Buyer to manage inventory for key product lines and ensure timely replenishment across branches. You will place purchase orders, maintain vendor relations and resolve order issues to support demand.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor and manage inventory levels on select product lines.
• Place purchase orders based on replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
• Resolve problems, reconcile returns and expedite deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments on vendor issues.
• Support Uline's regional locations with procurement activities.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze, calculate and monitor inventory levels on select product lines.
• Place purchase orders based on replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain good vendor relations.
• Resolve problems, reconcile vendor returns and expedite order deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments when vendor issues arise.
• Partner with other team members to provide support to Uline's regional locations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Supply chain major a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
