Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Buyer to manage inventory for key product lines and place timely purchase orders to meet replenishment needs.

You will build and sustain strong vendor relationships, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with internal teams to support Uline's regional locations. A Bachelor's degree and MS Office proficiency are required, with supply chain focus a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Supply chain major a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, calculate and monitor inventory levels on select product lines.
• Place purchase orders based on replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain good vendor relations.
• Resolve problems, reconcile vendor returns and expedite order deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments when vendor issues arise.
• Partner with other team members to provide support to Uline's regional locations.
