World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an Associate Business Unit Controller for the Global Enterprise Business Unit. This role develops strategic planning support, analyzes trends, and partners with BU leadership to deliver financial and operational metrics that drive informed decision‑making.

The position focuses on budgeting, forecasting, deal modeling, and value‑added analysis in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. Mentorship and leadership growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or accounting.
• 6-8 years of FP&A work experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
• Developing leadership skills across levels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build consensus in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to support critical decision‑making with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU leadership to support strategic and annual plans, forecasts and performance management.
• Serve as liaison between BU and corporate accounting, escalating as needed.
• Support BU P&L management, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Monitor working capital and deal modeling with senior analysts.
• Contribute to periodic BU reviews with financial insights on growth and profitability.
• Assist sales leadership and FP&A in evaluating deal structures for complex transactions.
• Help implement FP&A best practices across the team.
• Perform other duties; up to 20% travel.
