The Ansay Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience in the insurance industry through meaningful work and mentorship. You'll rotate through various departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of agency operations.

This paid, part-time internship provides exposure to multiple career paths, opportunities to shadow professionals, and networking with the Executive Leadership team while developing communication, sales, and customer service skills.

About the Program

The Ansay Summer Internship Program offers college students a hands‑on introduction to the insurance industry through meaningful work, mentorship, and real‑world experience. Over the course of the summer interns gain exposure to multiple career paths within insurance while contributing to projects that make an impact.

Our goal is to help students explore their interests, build valuable professional skills, and discover potential long‑term career opportunities with Ansay & Associates. Many interns go on to join our team full‑time after graduation.

Program Overview

Interns will rotate through various areas of the business to gain a well‑rounded understanding of the insurance industry and agency operations. You’ll have the opportunity to:
