The Role

We are launching a Business Consultant Development Program to grow the next generation of consultants. Candidates will collaborate with experienced team members on customer‑facing engagements, creating high‑impact business solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process/data analysis.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating models, engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to produce tangible business and operational solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Process‑driven with a passion for digging into operations, numbers, and data to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3.0–4.0 GPA in any major.
• Recent university graduate (up to two years postgraduate experience).
• High work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time per year.

Compensation

• Starting salary: $85,000.
• After one year, qualifying performance leads to significant salary increase and equity grant.

Work Authorization

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Veeva does not sponsor employment visas.

Work Environment

• Work Anywhere company: work in office or remotely on any day.
• Associate Business Consultants must live within a maximum 45‑minute to 1‑hour commute of Veeva’s Boston or New York City office, typically working in office 2–3 days per week.
