This role works directly with leadership to provide support to the Revenue Cycle Operational teams in an effort to operate a “Best in Class” Revenue Cycle. Depending on the area,an individual may perform any of the following tasks: Collect, analyze and store data, use data to inform better decision making through the use of both static and interactive data tools, develop business cases, provide technical solutions to business problems, provide supporting information for business strategy, build and distribute operational reporting and productivity tracking, review processes for improvement, analyze & communicate data results, provide system and technical support, administer root cause & gap analysis, manage vendors and projects, diagnose and evaluate issues to provide corrective actions, and aid in system implementation and testing. This position is considered entry level in the Business Support Analyst career ladder, and the scope and complexity of the work this position generates is lesser than other positions in the career ladder.

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
