Location: Hybrid - Ewing, NJ

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Assist in executing the brand’s integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and communication.
2. Support relationships with licensors, develop partnerships with licensees, and report on business results. Be responsible for specific brand activities such as consumer and trade promotions, social media, Cause Marketing, Event Marketing, Artwork, and MSE Management.
3. Lead operations in launching new products, upgrades, and packaging with a cross-functional team.
4. Help develop brand strategies to foster growth in a competitive category.
5. Co-lead daily operational activities including forecasting, monthly business health reports, and financial planning.
6. Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders across all trade classes.
7. Develop a deep understanding of the category and competitive environment to become a “Category Expert”.

Education and Experience

1. BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
2. 2-4 years of marketing experience in CPG, OTC, or Cosmetics sectors.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in category analysis and forecasting.
4. Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools like Nielsen or IRI.
5. Excellent project management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal).
6. Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
