This role supports the global brand strategy and product development processes for the FAN consumer within our partnership with Disney to develop Star Wars action figures, vehicles, playsets, and role‑play products.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams – Design & Development, Brand Writing, Project Management, Packaging, Engineering, and Finance – to assist in bringing innovative and profitable products to market.
  • Act as the global consumer insights and competitive market segment specialist, contributing to insight‑led product development.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends, and challenges; share best practices, identify growth opportunities, and provide guidance to inform local plans.
  • Manage critical data entry and forecasting information, ensuring the integrity of that information across internal systems and the portfolio.
  • Help deliver highly impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners.
  • Analyze data and share insights on product performance and marketing impact.
  • Assist in the creation of consumer‑facing assets for advertising and marketing messaging.
  • Assist in the development of our overall go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with Disney partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2‑5 years of prior work experience in Marketing or Consumer Goods.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach with an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn and problem‑solve across the business.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Motivated self‑starter with strong project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints while creatively solving problems.
  • High attention to detail and driven nature to execute with excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong interest in expressing and developing creative and financial skill sets.
  • Consumer‑centric mentality, with the ability to understand consumer minds to make recommendations that guide the brand.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to our consumers and brands to support insight‑driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at using story to persuade an audience with intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
