Associate Brand Manager, Brand Design, LL&P

The Associate Brand Design Manager supports the development and execution of design strategies across IHG’s Lifestyle & Premium brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of design as a business tool and wants to help translate brand thinking into real-world execution. From managing creative briefs and timelines to supporting cross-functional workflows, you’ll play a key part in keeping our brand design efforts organized, on-track, and aligned with our strategic goals. In addition to supporting system-wide initiatives, this role also plays a hands-on part in helping deliver brand strategy at the property level, ensuring that what gets built reflects the intent behind the brand.

Your day to day

  • Draft and manage creative briefs that turn brand strategy into clear, actionable direction for internal teams and external design partners
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback across multiple concurrent projects
  • Maintain and evolve brand design toolkits, guidelines, and documentation to support consistent execution across markets
  • Assist in the review and delivery of property-level design work, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and standards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (incl. Marketing, Guest Experience, Design & Construction, Development) to support brand implementation
  • Support internal team operations, including project tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination
  • Help prepare presentation materials that communicate design direction, status updates, or implementation guidance
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in how we scale brand design efficiently while protecting creative integrity

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Design, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, brand management, or creative operations
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and keep cross-functional teams aligned
  • Fluency in brand and design fundamentals; capable of evaluating execution against intent, even if you’re not the one designing it
  • Familiarity with creative tools and systems (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Figma or similar platforms)
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in design, hospitality, and brand-building

Location – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $77,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
