    • Analyze brand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to leadership.

    • Partner with agency teams to develop consumer-facing marketing programs and creative assets.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on strategy and on timeline.

    • Develop actionable insights from syndicated data, retailer trends, consumer research, and internal business metrics.

    • Assist in portfolio-level strategic projects and ad hoc business analyses.

    • Support timeline management and project coordination across multiple brands and stakeholders.

    • Translate data into concise recommendations that inform business decisions and future marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-4 years of marketing, brand management, category management, consumer insights, or related experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience utilizing syndicated data and market research tools preferred.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:
