General Summary

Join Campbell’s Soup Company as an Associate Brand Manager. Your creativity and strategic prowess will be put to the test as you craft compelling marketing campaigns that not only ignite consumer passions but also drive our sales to unprecedented heights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will influence product development, packaging innovations, and captivating storytelling that resonates with our diverse consumer base. In this role, your entrepreneurial spirit will be celebrated as you experiment with disruptive marketing tactics, leveraging cutting-edge digital strategies and exploring experiential activations to forge authentic connections with our consumers. Your influence will stretch beyond the office walls as you work closely with external partners and agencies to execute campaigns that leave a lasting impression on consumers’ hearts and minds.

Principal Accountabilities Partnering with Teams:
  • Collaborate closely with brand operations, integrated marketing, and innovation teams to align strategies and ensure successful brand development and activation.
  • Develop a strategic framework for the brand’s growth plans over a 3-5 year period, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of products and initiatives.
  • Continuously evolve and refine the brand’s foundations to stay relevant and competitive.
  • Act as a liaison between the brand and integrated marketing teams. Define campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and corresponding tactics that align with the brand positioning and target consumer. Ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the innovation team to create a pipeline of new products and platforms that align with the brand’s strategic direction. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization. Collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning.
  • Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide future plans.
  • Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.

  • Ownership of business results is at the core of this role. You will diligently track key performance indicators, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • With a growth mindset, you will proactively recommend and implement adjustments to our plans to maximize success.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 1 year of proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and project management.
  • Relevant industry experience, preferable in food and/or consumer goods is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.
  • Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic everchanging working environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving an exceeding strategic business goals.
  • Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $97,800-$134,500
  • Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
  • Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
  • In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
