Project/Unit Description
The Information and Communications Laboratory (ICL) Communications Systems and Spectrum Division (CSSD) Intelligent and Adaptive Networks Branch (IANB) is seeking an Associate Branch Head / Communications Engineer to support development of innovative adaptive communications and spectrum learning systems across a broad spectrum range. The division's projects involve advanced signal processing, adaptive communications, machine learning, and modeling to develop solutions including cognitive communications, spectrum sensing, electronic warfare, and next-generation cellular networks like 5G/6G, supporting various DoD branches.
Job Purpose
Lead and contribute technically to sponsored research projects, assist the Branch Head with staffing, appraisals, hiring, and research activities.
