• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
• Create a balance of sales and service with the right people in the right place at the right time.
• Own or elevate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team to support business objectives and career development.
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead day-to-day department functions in line with corporate goals.
