REQUIREMENTS
Seeking an attorney to manage and supervise patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the following:

1. Running day to day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys;
2. Working on prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters;
3. Handling large clients with big portfolios globally.

Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where the firm has an office. A hard science background, particularly in molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy or antibodies, is required. An advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
