• Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, and commitment to quality standards.
• Effective communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, procedures, and laboratory techniques.
• Preferred: Familiarity with biological manufacturing processes, knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), controlled documentation, and regulated work environments.

This onsite role in Manassas, VA supports the production and quality assurance of biological materials within a biological manufacturing environment.

The Associate Biologist performs laboratory operations that contribute to the production of sellable cell biology products while following established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. We are seeking an Associate Biologist, ideally with a background in aseptic technique and cell biology with a desire to gain experience in laboratory operations, work in BSC, and biological manufacturing. Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
