The candidate will analyze market trends, VOC feedback, and competitive data to guide portfolio decisions, while supporting field teams with education resources and critical product updates.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years product management experience; healthcare sales experience preferred.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Operating Room experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports commercialization activities for biologics portfolio with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Education, Finance).
• Assists with market trend, VOC feedback and competitive assessments to guide portfolio decisions.
• Develops field communications, product updates, and educational resources for the field team.
