Job summary

Villanova University in Villanova, PA seeks an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst (Internal Only) to design and implement reporting, dashboards, and data models that support business decisions across units. This is a limited-term, internal staff role with a 12-month term and 40 hours per week.

You will collaborate with business users to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions, document processes, and contribute to modern BI environments, including Power BI and cloud-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 0–2 years of BI/analytics experience with report development and data analysis; Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience designing/developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze business needs and apply systems thinking to develop data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs; design, develop, and implement reports, dashboards, and data mining solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI reporting systems; guide users on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Contribute to special projects related to data and reporting while keeping skills up to date.
