Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY seeks a commercial creditors' rights associate to join the Litigation team. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and engage in client-facing activities within a multidisciplinary practice.

You will represent secured creditors, landlords, and asset purchasers in workouts and restructurings, participate in all phases of Chapter 11 cases, and manage cases including depositions and court appearances, while negotiating settlements

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bankruptcy experience.
• Knowledge of creditors' rights, bankruptcy law, and the Uniform Commercial Code.
• Experience in equipment leasing, commercial finance law, and litigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
