We’re currently looking for an Associate Banker based in Hong Kong, to provide a range of support to the private bank team. You will receive resources to meet your unique needs, empower healthy decision‑making and manage financial well‑being to help plan for the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Banker in creating sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and acquire new target clients, with a focus on Investments.
• Conduct new client/prospect research, generate leads and develop prospects; network to identify referrals; coordinate client events.
• Profile, qualify and convert prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
• Organize pre‑call planning, maintain client call records and post‑meeting notes.
• Deepen existing client relationships through deep‑dive analysis.
• Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the Banker.
• Support the Banker with documentation such as account opening and closing, loan disbursals, etc.
• Resolve complex client inquiries and provide complete service support to clients.
• Ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and updated.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, and drive compliance with applicable laws, policy and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of investments required; banking and credit products desirable.
• Ability to manage relationships internally and externally; ability to multi‑task.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese required.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
