This role supports structured lending and loan syndication activities across commercial real estate, specialty finance, and corporate banking verticals. It is ideal for a finance professional with a background in syndicated lending or credit-focused commercial banking, aiming to lead deal execution and investor engagement. Responsibilities include structuring and syndicating club deals, managing exposure limits, supporting investor communication, and contributing to credit risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the execution of syndicated lending transactions by assisting with structuring, marketing, documentation, and closing processes.
  2. Create detailed marketing materials including teasers, CIMs, projections, and bank meeting presentations for both sell-side and buy-side syndication opportunities.
  3. Assist in ongoing communications with borrowers, internal stakeholders, and institutional investors during the loan syndication lifecycle.
  4. Conduct financial modeling, due diligence reviews, and contribute to credit memos and deal analyses.
  5. Work closely with the loan servicing team to ensure proper system setup and reporting of participations and syndications.
  6. Support cross-sell initiatives by identifying bank service opportunities relevant to loan participants and borrowers.

Preferred Background & Experience
