Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking an experienced AV systems programmer to design and optimize control solutions for multi-vendor environments. The role emphasizes touch panel UI design, advanced troubleshooting, and adherence to project standards to deliver reliable, scalable AV solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of AV control programming, familiarity with Crestron/QSC/Biamp certifications, and strong collaboration with design engineers, project managers, and customers. CTS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming experience in AV control systems.
• Certifications in Crestron, QSC, Biamp and similar technologies preferred.
• Working knowledge of DSP setup and configuration.
• Advanced troubleshooting across legacy and modern AV systems.
• Expertise in debugging complex multi-vendor systems and resolving escalated issues.
• Strong knowledge of FORTÉ project flow processes and programming standards.
• Touch panel UI design to ensure user-friendly interfaces.
• Effective communication and collaboration with design engineers, project managers and customers.
• CTS Certification is a plus.
