Responsibilities

• Handle workers' compensation defense cases
• Manage multiple projects efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and client-focused solutions

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience
• Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (not required)
• Experience with depositions
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements
