Eraclides Gelman in Tallahassee seeks a talented attorney for its in-person Tallahassee office. The hire will work closely with partners and senior associates in an active defense practice, with strong mentoring and a clear path to partnership based on performance.

You'll help master the litigation process, manage cases, and build client relationships. Bar admission or pending results, and 0–5 years' experience are preferred. Full-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited law school and admitted to the Bar or pending Bar results.
• 0–5 years of relevant practice experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and senior associates on active litigation matters.
• Develop and manage a personal caseload with mentoring from senior attorneys.
• Engage in client contact and legal strategy development with guidance.
