Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Trial & Defense Practice in Miami. The role offers a hybrid schedule and exposure to complex civil matters across general liability, premises liability, product liability, and related areas.

The successful candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active Florida Bar admission, and at least 3 years of substantive litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and trial preparation

• Superior legal writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Trial & Defense Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to defend a broad range of complex civil litigation matters, including general liability, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, automotive accidents, property damage, construction-related claims, and high-exposure product liability matters. Associates in this group gain significant hands-on experience while working closely with seasoned litigators in a fast-paced and dynamic practice.

Candidate Profile

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $130,000–$160,000, as determined by experience and market factors
