Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks a skilled Litigation Associate to join its Trial & Defense Practice Group in Miami. The role offers exposure to complex civil matters, including general and premises liability, product liability defense, and high-exposure torts, with hybrid work arrangements.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Florida Bar in good standing, and at least 3 years of substantive litigation experience with strong research and drafting

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Trial & Defense Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to defend a broad range of complex civil litigation matters, including general liability, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, automotive accidents, property damage, construction-related claims, and high-exposure product liability matters. Associates in this group gain significant hands-on experience while working closely with seasoned litigators in a fast-paced and dynamic practice.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record


• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing


• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience


• Experience handling general liability, premises liability, or complex tort matters


• Exposure to product liability defense preferred


• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $130,000–$160,000, as determined by experience and market factors
