Job summary

D3 Search is actively seeking an Associate Attorney with two (2) or more years of litigation experience to join its West Los Angeles office (90025) representing survivors of sexual abuse/assault.

This full-time, onsite position offers a base salary of 185K to 205K (DOQ) plus a sign-on bonus, a robust benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, paid parking and two bonus pools, with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience or clerkship after bar admission
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities
• California license to practice law required

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Draft persuasive motions and argue in court
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in trials
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate progress
• Support complex plaintiffs' personal injury litigation for sexual abuse survivors
