Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for attending court hearings, conducting legal research, drafting legal motions, taking and defending depositions, and other litigation-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Attend court hearings as required
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Law degree and admission to the California state bar
  • Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal motions
  • Experience taking and defending depositions
  • Familiarity with state and federal courts and procedures
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Preferred to be able to attend in person court hearings, site inspections, etc. in the San Francisco Bay Area
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
