Zwicker & Associates, P.C., a national creditor rights law firm founded in 1991 and headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Arizona. We focus on ethics, compliance, and assertive representation of our clients’ interests in debt collection, representing creditors in consumer and commercial recovery and litigation efforts.

We offer a base salary range of $105,000-$125,000 per year, along with full benefits including medical, vision, dental insurance, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and 401K with match. We promote from within and provide ongoing training to foster career growth.

Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney include:

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate actions
• Advocate on behalf of clients in various litigation settings
• Utilize proprietary software to update and document account statuses
• Analyze litigation reports and files to ensure proper workflow
• Comply with all client and firm procedures
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in Arizona
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage a large caseload

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year litigation/trial experience
• Knowledge of civil procedure
• Debt collection experience
• Experience in high-volume environments

Physical Qualifications:

• Lift five pounds or more
• Sit for extended periods
• Be mobile and able to operate a computer and phone
• Complete a flexible 40-hour workweek
