Overview

We’re seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-2 years of experience to join our collaborative legal team. In this role, you’ll partner with senior attorneys, firm partners, and dedicated support staff to deliver outstanding legal representation in workers’ compensation matters. This is a remote position (with optional office access) designed for attorneys who value professional growth and a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior attorneys to manage and move cases efficiently through all stages of litigation.
  • Represent clients at hearings and depositions, both virtually and in person.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Conduct research and case analysis to support strategic case planning.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in California workers’ compensation law.
  • Active California Bar membership in good standing.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to client service.
Schedule & Location

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Remote position with optional office access. Must reside in California.
