Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an Associate Attorney to conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US topics, draft and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other documents, and provide nuanced guidance in a remote, multidisciplinary setting.

In this contract role, you will perform in-depth legal research, assess texts for clarity and accuracy, and contribute to high-quality deliverables while collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active US law license required or pending with good academic record.
