Patenaude & Felix, APC, seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation team in California. You will assist senior attorneys, draft pleadings and discovery, and appear in court on routine matters.

• Active California Bar license.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with legal tech systems.
• Occasional travel for court appearances as needed.

• Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law.

• Maintain case management systems and ensure accuracy of legal documentation.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under supervision.
• Collaborate with legal staff to meet deadlines and court requirements.
