Job summary

Parnalllaw in the United States seeks an experienced attorney specializing in personal injury or insurance defense to maximize recovery for clients. The role requires collaboration with a team to advocate for injured clients and manage complex cases end-to-end.

The position offers a base salary range of 200,000–400,000 USD with performance bonuses, a $25,000 sign-on, and a $10,000 relocation package to Albuquerque, NM. Normal hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience.
• Ability to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (relocation assistance provided).
• Strong teamwork and client advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake and initial client meetings with empathy and trust.
• Direct investigations and evidence gathering; assess coverage.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial when needed.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial materials; coordinate mediations/arbitrations.
• Ensure timely review and signing of correspondence; support case movement.

Compensation

Base salary $200,000–$400,000 annually plus performance bonuses paid twice monthly.

Sign‑on bonus $25,000 paid in increments over first 6 months.

Work‑Life Balance

Your Role

Using intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy, your primary mission is to maximize recovery for our clients.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Intake / First Meeting with Clients: show compassion, build trust, document facts, outline action items.
• Investigation: direct investigations, assess insurance coverage, gather evidence.
• Negotiation: prepare cases for trial, evaluate settlement value, maintain relationships with adjusters, file suit when necessary.
• Litigation: prepare pleadings and discovery, strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration.
• General Responsibilities: timely review and sign correspondence, collaborate to ensure efficient case movement.

Results / Outcomes

• Be in the office from 8 AM to 5 PM, attending daily huddles.
• Review and note action on out‑of‑standard cases weekly with lead attorney.
• Resolve 95% of cases within Full Settlement Value.
• Generate $1.5 million in attorney fees per year.
• Achieve a positive client review rate of 95%.
