Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Ohio
Strong research, writing and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Experience in real estate, corporate, contract, or civil litigation

Responsibilities

Manage assessment recovery, real estate litigation, money judgments, bankruptcy, judgment enforcement, foreclosure, and real property matters.
Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, motions, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research, witness preparation, depositions, and trial preparation.
Handle motion practice and trial proceedings.
Advise clients on case status, strategy, and legal developments.
Manage electronic task lists, deadlines, billing, and case workflow.
Coordinate with legal and administrative support staff.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
