Job summary

Jobot is a Riverside-area law firm focused on defending public entities, insurance defense, and related civil litigation. We represent clients across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties with offices in Riverside and Glendale.

The firm seeks a Juris Doctorate holder with CA Bar licensure and 2+ years of civil defense experience to join our team and handle all phases of defense litigation, including pleadings, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury or Public Entity Defense.
• Active CA Bar License.
• Strong knowledge of civil defense litigation and insurance defense procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of Civil Defense Litigation (Businesses, Personal Injury, Public Entities and Individuals).
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Handle depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Develop and implement defense strategies, negotiate settlements, and make court appearances.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive defense strategy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

Based in the Riverside area, we are a reputable Law firm that focuses our practice on the representation of public entities, Insurance Defense, Public Transportation Litigation, Catastrophic Injury, Employment Litigation and more! With offices in Riverside and Glendale, California, we represent clients in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
