Prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 2-5+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas:

Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction Litigation, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, Habitability, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Auto, Civil Litigation, Employment. Open to both plaintiffs' or defense side experience!

You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).

Option to work 4 days remote, 1 day a week/month onsite in their East Midtown NYC office. (Flexible)
