Qualifications

• Active California State Bar member in good standing.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Background in personal injury, civil litigation, or general plaintiff-side work.
• Prior Construction Defect or Mass Tort experience is a plus, but not required—we will train.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advance plaintiff litigation files through all phases of the lawsuit.
• Review complex evidence, construction records, medical documentation, and sensitive intake materials.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery requests/responses.
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, key witnesses, experts, and corporate entities.
• Coordinate directly with co-counsel, investigators, and expert witnesses.
• Draft and argue law and motion matters; assist with trial preparation and courtroom strategy.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for plaintiff advocacy and strong empathy for clients.
• Excellent written/oral advocacy skills and strong organization in high-volume document environments.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Base Income Range: $150,000 - $250,000 (Commensurate with experience)
