Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Manage high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners and Senior Associate with managing a caseload of complex legal matters.
• Handle cases from inception through trial.
• Work closely with clients and an integrative team of professionals.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in Nevada.
• Develop your own client base and referral sources.
• Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations.
