D3 Search is recruiting an experienced Associate Attorney for a highly respected plaintiff-side law practice located in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on personal injury litigation and trial advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, be an active member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing, and possess 4–7 years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial work.

• Active Nevada Bar in good standing.
• 4–7 years of personal injury litigation and trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation.
• Draft and argue motions and provide courtroom advocacy before judges and juries.
• Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery.
• Maintain consistent client communication and collaborate with firm staff to manage a high-volume caseload.
