We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable associate attorney to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This person will work hands-on from the inception of a case to trial with the assistance of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. Litigation will encompass a broad range of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and sexual abuse cases. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in active litigation, including taking and defending depositions, conducting discovery, attending mediations, arguing law and motion, and serving as either first or second chair in arbitrations and/or jury trials. Our attorneys litigate cases and are provided all the resources necessary to do so, aiming to obtain the maximum recovery for clients and avoid settling for less due to limitations of a pre-litigation only firm.
