Job description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable associate attorney to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This person will work hands on from inception of a case to trial with the assistance of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. Litigation will be on a broad range of personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractic, elder abuse, and sexual abuse cases. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in active litigation, including taking and defending depositions, conducting discovery, attending mediations, arguing law and motion, and serving as either first or second chair in arbitrations and/or jury trials. Our attorneys litigate cases and are provided all the resources to do so, all to obtain the client maximum recovery and not settle for less due to being handcuffed by a prelitgation only firm. This is great opportunity for those attorneys that are seeking to evolve their litigation skills as the firm's leadership invests in educating associate attorneys.

  • Salary commensurate with your experience, base pay plus percentage of fees collected (90k - 250k)
