Job Overview

A full-service law firm located in Red Bank, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney licensed in the state of New Jersey. This position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across a range of practice areas, including civil litigation, commercial real estate, zoning, chancery litigation, trusts and estates, and employment law. Duties
  1. Handle a diverse caseload involving civil and chancery litigation, zoning, real estate transactions, estate planning, and employment issues.
  2. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and transactional documents.
  3. Attend court hearings, zoning board meetings, and client consultations.
  4. Assist with case strategy and client advisement across multiple legal disciplines.
  5. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
  6. Negotiate settlements, contracts, and resolutions where applicable.
Requirements
  1. 1–3 years of experience preferred (newly admitted attorneys with strong writing samples considered).
