Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and other commercial contracting and project finance documents.
  • Provide legal advice and support on transactional matters related to energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional work and client advisories.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all transactional activities.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and other relevant engagements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for clients.
  • Review and interpret complex legal documents and contracts for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:
