Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team in Gold River, CA. This full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity for a junior attorney to assist in a variety of litigation tasks while also providing support for other transactional matters. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing day-to-day legal tasks, working closely with experienced partners, and gaining valuable hands-on experience with the benefit of ongoing mentorship.

Duties:
  1. Assist in drafting pleadings, legal motions, and other legal documents.
  2. Conduct discovery and law and motion practice.
  3. Prepare for and participate in depositions.
  4. Provide legal advice to clients and communicate with opposing counsel.
  5. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
  6. Support transactional matters as needed in addition to litigation duties.
  7. Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy and development.
  8. Manage case files and organize legal documentation.
Requirements:
