Duties

Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from intake to resolution

Represent clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances

Develop case strategy and determine the most efficient next steps

Draft persuasive legal communications and documents

Conduct legal research and factual investigation

Collaborate with internal legal staff and client stakeholders

Ensure compliance with court procedures and timelines

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in civil litigation

1–2 years of experience in creditors’ rights or collection law preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment

Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities

Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

Active license to practice law in Tennessee (Required)

Licensure in Mississippi and/or Arkansas is a plus
