A well-respected law firm in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking an Associate Attorney for its North Carolina team in the Creditors' Rights practice. This remote position involves civil litigation and requires a valid North Carolina law license, with an immediate employment opportunity available. Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., a well-respected law firm based in Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to join the North Carolina team of our Creditors’ Rights practice. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with the firm’s other North Carolina lawyers and the broader Creditors’ Rights department to deliver outstanding service to the firm’s clients with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. This position involves travel for frequent court appearances in the state of North Carolina.
The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina.
Virginia and or Maryland licensure is a plus.
The individual must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Recent law school graduates who have passed the North Carolina bar are welcome to apply. Salary is commensurate with experience and ability. Employment opportunity is immediate.

Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights practice, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to legal debt collection, bench-bar relations, consumer protection, and the potential for frequent court appearances.
