Duties

• Manage key aspects of transactions from inception to closing in collaboration with deal teams.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on complex financing transactions.
• Coordinate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure successful deal execution.
• Conduct legal research on industry regulations and market trends in mortgage lending.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing mortgage loan transactions.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in mortgage loan warehouse and repurchase facility transactions.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating financing transaction documents.
• Experience managing transactions from term sheet to closing as part of a deal team.
• Experience in commercial or residential mortgage warehouse lending; ABS warehouse experience considered.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain it.
