The incumbent must have the competencies, skills and proven leadership ability to successfully carry out the required functions in service to clients, Partners and the Firm. Other important responsibilities of the Associate Attorney include the following:

• Research information to establish the case and serve the client.
• Administer the management of a case from inception to completion, including working with other attorneys, staff and clients.
• Attend and/or conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, court appearances, site visits and other meetings necessary to the litigation process.
• Complete assignments in a timely fashion and meet all required deadlines.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Juris Doctor Degree required
• Licensure to practice law in Ohio required; Kentucky licensure preferred
• Two years' experience practicing law as an attorney
• Medical Malpractice experience preferred.
